Support and execute full life-cycle employee and HR processes including bonus program(s), promotions, performance review processes, year-end compensation, engagement survey roll-out, talent management, employee relations, and other recurring people processes ;
Partner with HR centers of excellence to ensure execution of all human resource operations within assigned account and serve as a central point of contact for account' HR needs ;
Analyze data and effectively organize and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy. Draw analysis-based conclusions and collaborate on innovative solutions ;
Provide a consultative, proactive approach to employees and managers on employee relations matters ;
Support the development, recommendation, and implementation of HR policies, procedures and process improvements ;
Ensure HR Business Partner support is highly effective and scalable to meet critical business goals.
Master degree required (1+ years HR experience as Generalist or HRBP experience would be a plus) ;
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders ;
Self-directed and able to balance multiple time-sensitive deliverables and effectively prioritize, organize and manage time ;
Proactive and results-oriented with strong attention to detail and excellent follow through ;
Commitment to excellence and high level of integrity; ability to exercise strict confidentiality and sound judgement ;
Strong client-service focus and ability to build and manage relationships across different levels and functions ;
Excellent data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills ;
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills + Proficiency in excel and Office suite required
