Role Mission :
Ensure for her / his activity area that the product meet the specific requirements of the market, patients, consumers and customers, and that Quality brings strong value to local business.
Provide Quality and Food Safety (QFS) input into all innovation, renovation, productivity and superiority projects from CBU portfolio where is allocated as resource, in full process up to factory implementation and launch.
Assure in all design aspects high standards of realization (scaling up) in factories according to the selling CBU market consumer expectations and Global company standards.
Assure quality superiority and food safety are embedded in all products offer to consumers / patients. You do that by assuring QFS requirements are clearly identified and communicated, risk assessments are conducted by project teams, line capabilities are matching the CKCs identified in the brief and the assuring right level of KPIs management, processes and standards are followed through and guaranteed by project teams.
Assure quality and food safety compliance for all finished products according to internal product specifications and signalize the FS and non-FS deviations internally and externally.
Main responsibilities :
Main QFS representative in project teams for : Select to launch for CBU brands in close contact with R&I, Plant Quality and Q in Design teams as well as sourcing and manufacturing teams for manufacturing facilities within the project.
Understand & link the consumer key criteria and process capabilities to realize the projects.
Bring the quality mind-set at trials and launch stages and brands to ensure safe and superior quality in execution and right first time implement & launch with R&I and PMO teams for Roll-out’s and promotion projects.
Highlight and mitigate identified risks through risk assessment and action plans with the final decision on trial quality success criteria and validation.
This includes CKCs through liaising with all stakeholders based upon the specific risks identified.
Understand product, process, and consumers / patients needs related to functionalities (product integrity / safety, FMOT, SMOT)
Responsible to ensure proper quality and food safety risk assessments and design summaries are conducted and fulfilled : co-build temporary and final specifications and lead quality work of the projectsSupport follow through during launch and post launch phases (3- 6 months)
Report and animate the Quality KPIs for roll-out’s and Q KPI’s for market.
3-5+ years of professional experience in Quality, R&I. Manufacturing experience is a plus;
FMCG experiece is a must;
Experience in quality and / or product development and / or manufacturing is required.
Project management skills and experience;
Fluency in English and Romanian is a must. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
