Offering support to accounting team
Travel management coordination of travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
Provides help with follow-up on internal documents flow
Offering administrative support to employees when needed
Welcoming and offering support to visitors and guests
Monitoring of office supplies & consumables
Assisting Management with various requests : research, reports, presentations
Help organize internal and external events (team buildings and different events)
Offering support to the HR department
Overseeing general office operation
Producing reports, composing correspondence and drafting new contracts
Social media management
2+ years of experience with general office administration, customer service environment, asistant manager
Ability to multi-task and be proactive
Analytical thinking and attention to details
Solutions oriented and very responsible person
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational and planning skills, outgoing and approachable
Business administration bachelor degree or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Excel, MS Word etc)
Strong english skills
German is a plus
