Provides 24x7x365 Level 1 and Level 2 systems analysis and support to users globally. Works independently to creatively diagnose and resolve enterprise hardware, software and network issues and engages and manages technology vendors as needed to do so.

Assists in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, documenting and supporting enterprise technology solutions through all phases of the systems development lifecycle.

Leads small to mid-size projects and / or serves as a technical project resource on larger projects.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Technology Support (35%)

  • Responds to user raised incidents concerning hardware, software and network technology support 24x7x365.
  • Participates in all activities related to technical support which includes, but is not limited to, researching technical issues, resolving technical issues, managing 3rd party technology support vendors.
  • Executes to service level agreements identified by the business units..
  • Escalates complex issues to more experienced IT staff.
  • Enterprise Systems (25%)

  • Configures and deploys enterprise hardware, software and network systems provided by the IT function.
  • Designs, develops, analyzes, documents, maintains, administers and / or supports enterprise hardware, software and network systems.
  • Indentifies and implements related process improvements and automations.
  • Desktop Applications (25%)

  • Designs, develops, analyzes, documents, maintains, administers and / or configures enterprise desktop applications.
  • Manages desktop application software deployments and updates.
  • Project Involvement (15%)

  • Applies systems analysis techniques and consults with users to develop network, hardware, software and / or system functional requirements specifications
  • Assists the broader IT team in implementing and supporting enterprise technology solutions through all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Leads small to mid-size projects and / or serves as technical project resource on larger projects.
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Required Degree : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Preferred Degree : Computer Science
  • Years of Experience : 2-4 years
  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS : 5%
