Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are scaling up our Inside Sales teams across Europe. We are looking for talented individuals who have the ambition to take advantage of the huge career opportunities on offer here at Iron Mountain.
We are building a brand new team in Germany and we hope our new recruits will be our senior sales people of the future. We offer hybrid working, splitting your time between home and the office where we have a number of different locations.
What you will do
Execute outbound phone calls / LinkedIn Introductions for the purposes of demand generation, lead generation & driving sales opportunities to close
Driving sales and lead generation, hunting for new opportunities
Understand the key messages / value proposition for Iron Mountain to communicate this to our customer / prospects and suspect
Manage and close new business to business (B2B) opportunities
Achieving monthly / quarterly / annual volume and revenue targets
Achieve weekly targeted activity levels such as calls, emails and quotations
Maintain accurate records on CRM System
What you will bring
Telephone based Sales experience preferably in a business to business environment (other telesales environments will be considered as we have a variety of opportunities)
German (fluent) and English (conversational) language skills
A confident, ambitious self-starter
Enthusiastic and engaging in conversation with confidence in building relationships and overcoming objections
Demonstrable business acumen
The ability to research the market and uncover new business opportunities
The right attitude and personal manner
Proactive mind-set, not afraid to pick up the phone
Able to learn fast and ask the right questions
Comfortable with using a computer / social media
