KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and monitor the activity of team members supporting a specific region with the following objectives :
  • Ensure all contracts, addenda & other legal documents are set up in Oracle according to the current applicable processes, accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Promote and explain the Contract Management procedures to business stakeholders, so that they are followed rigorously throughout Temenos organization;
  • Act as first level approver for the designated region, in order to ensure process accuracy;
  • Provide support and guidance on internal processes / policies and assist the team members within the allocated region in finding appropriate and timely solutions to non-standard / complex cases;
  • Act as first point of contact and escalation for the regional stakeholders and address queries coming from the region;
  • Ensure all key performance indicators reach the targeted level;
  • Ensure all process controls are effectively implemented;
  • Create and update transactional processes, as required;
  • Perform other tasks related with SSC deliverables as may be required (i.e. various reporting activities, testing of new application functionalities, Oracle reconciliation activities, etc.).
  • For the allocated region, monitor and perform regular updates to existing customer contracts, in order to ensure both their accuracy and the timeliness of contractual billing activities;
  • Ensure billing activities for license, services and maintenance contracts are done timely, accurately and as agreed contractually
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in working in a Finance / Contract Management department or in complex accounting processes;
  • Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment;
  • Prior experience in coordinating and / or leading a team / project is considered an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office suite;
  • Experience in working with Oracle applications is a strong plus;
  • Analytical and rigorous, with great attention to detail ;
  • Proficient in English; advanced Spanish / French / German language skills are an advantage;
  • Team player, able to work in a fast pace changing environment and with tight deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Advanced decision making and problem solving skills.
