For 5 years we’ve been working hard to keep our apps as the #1 platform of choice when it comes to eCommerce. We are looking for a Sr.
Product Owner with experience in mobile products that can handle a mature product with millions of visitors each month, drive the product vision further, and grow 10 times faster in the process.
Drive the mobile app strategy by breaking large company goals into small achievable targets for early and frequent delivery
Negotiate and prioritize an ever-growing backlog into development cycles in order to meet both business and client's needs.
Backup your next actions and premises for achieving your goal through great user research (user data, surveys, feedback channels) and excellent business research (competition, market, data, feedback from management, feedback from peers)
Prioritize actions with the same goal to maximize outcome. (ex : Start with low-hanging fruits)
Handle high-level technical meetings to understand what can be built (dependencies, approach, feasibility high-level cost, data needed to measure success)
Write feature specifications
Handle high-level UX / UI meetings to understand how the product will look like / behave (interaction design, information architecture, feature map, copy writing, navigation map, logical map, error handling, interface design, wire framing, prototyping)
Get feedback as soon as possible to make your feature better before going live (through user test, company test, stakeholder test - where needed) and iterate
Handle the Scrum process from a PO standpoint (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, accept or reject stories based on acceptance criteria, backlog groom with the team, Sprint review)
Take part and drive the release management of each app version by using various methods and processes that include : Release sprint planning, Release Candidate, Alpha Release, Gradual Release, Live release and assuring good functionality along the way.
Measure app health through technical performance KPIs
Measure project success thorough A / B testing & data analysis
Present the gains and lessons learned to senior management
Own the project and product in the future throughout its life, measure, and assure it will work properly
4+ years previous experience in Product Management on mobile apps
Backlog prioritization and negotiation skills
Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics
Mobile apps UX / UI
Writing feature specs
A / B testing tools and best practices
Business Plan writing skills
Logical diagrams and process mapping
OKRs management (breaking large company goals into small achievable targets for early and frequent delivery)
Will be a plus :
PO experience on an app with more than 100,000 downloads
Big Query / SQL skills
