As an Senior Account Director in the Benelux team you are responsible for maintaining the relationship with your portfolio which consist of several international English speaking customers.
You are the first point of contact when it comes to questions, price and feasibility of research, but above all you are responsible for determining the long-term strategy to achieve growth.
It is obviously necessary to build a good relationship with the various stakeholders, to provide the highest level of service, to exceed expectations and to have an eye for opportunities in the market.
1. You meet or exceed sales goals. You ensure proactive communication with stakeholders, you are a professional discussion partner and you ensure the timely delivery of quotations.
2. You call, email or visit your customers to determine their needs, to follow up on your outstanding proposals or to present new products.
You also make contacts with new connections to further expand Dynata's network. You ensure that customers are happy with Dynata and eager to work with us.
3. You will work together in a team with Account Managers (who will support with proposals) and Project Managers. Together you ensure customer satisfaction.
You make analyses of the potential, turnover, margins that you are responsible for and develop plans to serve them as best as possible.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Education & Experience - Completed Master degree - Minimum of 5 years work experience in a commercial position.
