For our HR Center based in Cluj-Napoca we are looking for a :

E-learning Specialist

Your Role :

You will be responsible for a range of activities including the creation, deployment and evaluation of BT e-learning resources in close connection with the Learning & Development strategy, annual global learning priorities, and business-critical projects.

In order to do that, you will work directly and collaborate flawlessly with the Specialists, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders (IS, Communications, external suppliers) to develop and deploy the most effective learning solutions to address performance, knowledge and skill gaps per the e-learning end-to-end process.

Your Challenges :

  • Leverage advanced eLearning authoring software, as well as graphic design, video and audio management tools to create high-quality digital content, including practical application scenarios, exercises, role plays, case studies, games, simulations, assessments, and other digital content in line with the approved learning objectives to ensure and demonstrate learning effectiveness in line with defined process and program metrics
  • Proactively assess content development effectiveness to enhance / maintain learning content usability, effectiveness and shelf-life, as well as create pre- / post-learning resources, how-to-guides, instructions and other learning resource to streamline e-learning deployment and maximize learning impact, especially within blended learning programs.
  • Partner with internal customers and external vendors to assess Subject Matter Expert input and external content for e-learning development and deployment suitability;
  • provide enhancement recommendations to optimize resource creation and the e-learning deployment process

  • Review processes / tools / frameworks / platforms in scope for e-learning creation to identify e-learning development and deployment project risks and opportunities;
  • provide and implement risk mitigation and opportunity enhancement recommendations; maintain source materials and final content in a shared location to be used for future development needs

  • Proactively research current learning and technology trends for application in incoming projects; promote innovative approaches to learning and enhance e-learning / digital content development effectiveness and productivity.
  • Qualifications

  • Education required : University Degree;
  • Advanced design aesthetics knowledge;
  • Demonstrable experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), graphic / video editing tools (e.
  • g. Adobe Creative Cloud), Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with e-learning deployment via learning management systems;
  • Relevant HR / L&D qualification / certification (Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, other relevant disciplines) is an advantage, but not prerequisite;
  • Foreign Languages : Business English at a proficiency level and at least one other relevant language, preferably German or French.
  • Working experience : 2-4 years of work experience in working with complex processes and customers;
  • 2 years’ experience in Learning & Development / digital content development;
