This is what you will do at UiPath : ·Advise and guide customer automation program leadership on strategic program direction and operating model evolution to avoid and / or resolve operational challenges ·Provide customers experience-led decision-making support & program oversight to successfully execute roadmap & automation adoption plan;
ensure course-correcting where needed·Build and refine TCO and ROI model frameworks to support customer automation program investments·Shape customer automation platform strategy to bring to bear just-in-time best in breed UiPath products and other integrated automation toolsets·Advise customers on how design and execute multi-vendor / multi-platform automation strategies·Act in the capacity where you might take on leadership roles for customers in driving their automation programs ·Educate customers on the leading practices for scaling up RPA at the enterprise level and maximizing value realization for automation programs·Share proven UiPath methodologies and adapt them to support rapid automation adoption into new business areas through value-oriented pipeline build·Be fluid to respond to changing business priorities and customer program challenges that may arise throughout the course of their automation journey·Collaborate heavily with the Sales, Customer Strategy & Solutions, Customer Success and Professional Services teams in the geography to share and act upon learnings and deliver maximum customer value·Engage with the relevant internal UiPath teams to develop and position offerings and toolkits that drive customer adoption and consumption of UiPath products at scale·Collaborate with our wider Global Services teams to understand and address customer and partner enablement needs;
support training improvement and delivery as needed·Engage with UiPath partners and collaborate with them on positioning and delivering automation programs at scale Key requirements / This is what you will bring to the team : ·Required : 10+ years of experience in management consulting firms working across the EMEA market and customers·Required : Deep hands-on delivery experience of automation strategy projects, operating model design and implementation, leading cross-functional team discussions·Nice to have : Experience with large transformational programs at the C-Level, working with and managing global teams·Experience building strong internal and external relationships, including with senior stakeholders·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and comfortable operating in a fluid and dynamic environment evident in a hyper-growth organization·Results oriented proactive team player with strategic thinking, creative abilities, sense of urgency and passion ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in both English and German / French / other European Languages), as well as readiness to travel about 50% once the COVID period is over.
