Job Description

  • Working with the Remedy ticketing system (CISM)
  • Monitoring SAP XI , IDoc and PI systems
  • Administering GLOBUS, Boris, Pricecard, and offering support for GIPSIS, edocs and SAP, with the help of 2nd lever support as well
  • Providing support via email and phone in German and English languages
  • Monitoring a Unix terminal
  • Identifying errors and focusing on correcting them. (e.g. sql and xml strings)
  • Attending technical trainings which are specific to the Project (e.g. SQL DB2 training, other trainings related to daily procedures used on the Project, etc)
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 2 years experience in DB2 SQL
  • Basic knowledge in AIX
  • Ability to work in a team, capacity, accuracy, learning aptitude, patience, reliability
  • English : Fluent
  • Experience in supporting business applications
  • German : Fluent
  • Preparedness on-call duty
  • Excellent telephonic and writing communication-skills
  • Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

    Basic knowledge in WebSphere MQ
