The RTR Team Leader isresponsible to deliver high quality services in RTR processes toMCBC entities in scope by leading a team of RTRspecialists.
In this role, he / she drivesoperations KPI's adherence and continuous improvement by motivatingteam members, assessing performance and properly escalate andpropose improvementplans.
Coordinateoperations for designated process andteam;
Deliver on agreed KPIs, escalate whencase and implement corrective actionsplans;
Provide necessary data files andreporting to support thebusiness;
Present performance indicatorsin operational reviews, analyze data & trends, implementcontinuous improvement initiatives;
Ensure thatRecord to Report Process Maps and SOP's are followed and processcontrols are inplace;
Adhereto MCBC HR practices in terms of people retention, performanceassessment, motivation and talentdevelopment;
Perform Individual Performancereviews with the team members;
Develop actionplans, coaching and mentoring team members, developing talent,organizing career path meetings with teammembers;
Owning and facilitating team meetingsfor better process performance and enhancement of teamskills;
Facilitating issues resolution not onlywithin team, but also inter-team and crossfunctional;
Owns 100% accurate and timelyinputs for the team they supervise for salary, leaves andincentives and other HR processes like employee health and safetyregulations etc;
Ensure all team members areaware of KPIs for agrees deliverables and of current & expectedperformanceoutput.
Buildstrong and effective relationships with Record to Report actors inBusinessUnits;
Adhereto company policies;
Complies with the InternalRegulation and the EHS (Employee Health and Safety), the FSF (FireSafety and Fighting) and Environmental Protection duties laid downunder the law;
Responsible for keepingconfidential the information, as per the internal policy, withinthe limits of the duties attached to theirjob;
Informs the line manager of anynon-compliance identified in their work;
Treateveryone with respect, be ethical, lawful andtrustworthy;
Respects and correctly promotesthe image of the company and the code ofconduct;
Responsible for the use of theavailable resources of the company only for the benefit of thecompany;
Responsible for the correct managementof the inventory of goods entrusted to them by the Company and theexpense reports relating to performance of the activity, inaccordance with the internal procedures inforce.
Operate within theDepartment Budget;
Drive productivityimprovements within operations;
Identifyopportunities for costreduction
Supporttools implementation by creating capacity in the team andallocating staff to both operations andprojects;
Identifyimprovement opportunities on processes, raising them as proposal tonext level for validation. Responsible for testing andimplementation;
Executeon growth plan and agreed transitions for designatedteams / processes.
2years’ experience in RTR processes
Teamcoordination experience preferred
Priorexperience in Shared Service Centers highlypreferred;
Previous experience providingProcesses and Tools solutions for linemanagers.
