We have an opportunity for Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest.

The Channel Marketing Specialist role resides within the Channel Marketing team, with responsibilities focused on channel program initiatives and channel analysts team lead.

The CMS is in charge with the engagement and enablement of Honeywell channel partners, by leading the localization and deployment of Honeywell global channel programs in the region, developing and consolidating the marketing tools for the partners, including policies, financials, T&Cs, promotions, online tools, training and certification, sales analytics and channel performance.

Customer Marketing Specialist responsibilities :

  • Lead the Europe implementation and deployment of the Performance Partner Program
  • Identify and implement program enhancements
  • Ensure partner onboarding process; create and distribute legal letters, agreements and policies
  • Contribute to and own the marketing tools, programs and tactics, that enable the channel sales organization, distributors and top-tier partners to meet their sales goals
  • Evaluate program trends and results and provide analysis and recommendations to management
  • Create and maintain dashboards to support the marketing and sales team strategy
  • Qualifications :

  • University degree required
  • Experience in a B2B environment, on a commercial role (Sales, Marketing preferred)
  • Business acumen : understand how to develop business in a complex B2B environment with sales channels
  • Project management : create project plans, secure alignment with team members, track progress, identify (potential) hurdles, suggest solutions, implement mitigation actions, report progress
