Provide technical support (including on-site) to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment (diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and system failure), in the allocated area.
Ensure and maximize customer satisfaction with Roche equipment and related products by interacting with Roche Customer Support Centre and timely register field activities in the CRM.
Serve as customer contact on expert technical and service related problems.
Monitor customer equipment performance and is able to respond and resolve most complex issues.
Determine most cost effective repair / resolution to minimize customer downtime.
Provides analysis, feedback and recommendations on product failure trends and service ability issues.
Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Technology or equivalent Knowledge of electronics, electro-
mechanical systems, and information technology.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently as well as in a team, well organized and energetic.
Previous similar working experience is an advantage.
Clean driving license B category - is a must as well as the availability to travel in the field.
English language skills are mandatory to the job.
