Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support (including on-site) to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment (diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and system failure), in the allocated area.
  • Ensure and maximize customer satisfaction with Roche equipment and related products by interacting with Roche Customer Support Centre and timely register field activities in the CRM.
  • Serve as customer contact on expert technical and service related problems.
  • Monitor customer equipment performance and is able to respond and resolve most complex issues.
  • Determine most cost effective repair / resolution to minimize customer downtime.
  • Provides analysis, feedback and recommendations on product failure trends and service ability issues.
  • Requirements

  • Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Technology or equivalent Knowledge of electronics, electro-
  • mechanical systems, and information technology.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently as well as in a team, well organized and energetic.
  • Previous similar working experience is an advantage.
  • Clean driving license B category - is a must as well as the availability to travel in the field.
  • English language skills are mandatory to the job.
