  • Provide support to the General Manager in routine activities that ensure the smooth running of things within the company (mediating communication with employees, translations where appropriate, making reports, presentations, etc.)
  • Answer the company's central phone line and redirect calls to the departments involved
  • Ensure the protocol and accommodation for visitors from the country and abroad
  • Responsible for organizing the regular medical check-up and maintaining the relationship with the medical ckeck supplier
  • Manage company correspondence (E-mail and / or fax)
  • Fill- in and issue medical leave certificates for the company's employees
  • Submit to the authority the Medical Leave certificates
  • Keep track of the locker rooms
  • Provide support to the Human Resources team (eg : new employees / leavers reports, Bookster organization, etc)
  • Keep in touch with the transportation company supplier assigned to the company
  • YOU HAVE :

  • Academic background in : High school studies or University degree
  • Previous experience in or with : 1-3 years of an assistant position in a similar company (>
  • 500 employees)

  • Skills : MS Office package Conversational / medium English; Proactive behavior; Excellent communication skills; Organizational, time-management skills;
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment;
