We have an opportunity for a Demand Planner META Sunday-Thursday to join our Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest.

The Integrated Supply Chain Organization has an important role to play asthey serve as the primary support to customer facing functions

Demand Planner META responsibilities :

  • Organize the Demand Review with Product sales Manager, marketing and ISC.
  • Implement and deploy the forecast pro tool and manage the customer demandsWork with Territory sales manager to understand the market demands and forecast any spike orders which are of high probability
  • Manage the project demands and update the forecast with correct delivery scheduleWork with the sales team to provide customer forecast for 12 to 18 months.
  • Lead monthly SIOP demand review meetings with product managers and sales team to drive sales and improve cross functional collaboration.
  • Generate Statistical forecast from Forecast Pro and review with PSM / Sales team to define an unconstrained demand plan.
  • Update the business on Phase in Phase out
  • Coordinate with ISC,PSMs and marketing team to define SIOP Class and SKU planning strategy, monitorproduct phase in and phase out process for NPI projects, minimize write offcost
  • HOS Tiered Accountability Process Chair SIOP demand Planning Tier 2 dailyand participate and report in Tier 3 weekly to Management
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics or Economics
  • Lean and / or Six Sigma training preferred
  • SIOP Demand Planning experience
  • Min 2 years within in similar supply chain, logistics or procurement role
  • SAP or other ERP System knowledge
