Partner with Channel Leads and HR teams to define Sales capability requirement across all channels and partner with Sector CoE to develop, implement and sustain a World Class curriculum, advanced learning techniques and accessibility in order to maximize ROI and build a world Class Selling Organization.
Manages Field Sales Capability Agenda for all sales channels supported by learning technology tools.
Plan & Align & Execute ESSA Field Agenda with ESSA Field Sales Capability Manager.
Ensure execution of KA Core Commercial Workshops & Customer Team WCCE Capability Development Workshops.
Lead & Design Field GTM Transformation Projects Capability Development Programs.
Qualifications / Requirements
Previous and successful Sales experience in a leadership role (managing a team)
Proven track record in learning delivery, measurement and implementations
Passion for learning, coaching and development of Career growth
Previous experience in Workshop Facilitation for multi-layer audience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills
Distributed learning technologies
KA Management skills is a Plus
Well versed in technology to drive new learning techniques
Self-starter and self-motivator, ability to shape set and manage capability agenda
Customer Centric Way of Doing Business in multitask environment
Proficient in English
Clean driving B licence
