KONE is looking to hire for a S&OP Specialist. The position will be focused on analysis and reporting, communication with customers and will be keeping up to date the ERP system.
Responsible for the communication with supervisors
Work close with Finance Department
Responsible for overall order book quality
Pro-actively solves prioritization issues with internal stakeholders
Resolves any planning related master data inaccuracies or issues
Supports management to coordinate forecasts for Orders and Revenue.
Ensure data entry and reports generated are accurate and provided in real time
Communicate with customers regarding orders, products, and services delivered or scheduled for delivery
Analyse data on reports generated and make initial recommendations for action
Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honouring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate respect for others
At least 3 years of S&OP experience.
Working knowledge of information technology
Understanding of sales operations workflow, basic accounting practices, and general audit requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, productivity, and time management.
Positive attitude, self and team motivation, and flexibility.
Proven influencing and collaboration experience
Prior working experience implementing cross functional processes (S&OP ideally)
