For our location in Brașov we are currently looking for a

Software Project Manager

responbilities :

Responsible with administrating and planning the internal human resources;

Responsible with software risk management execution;

Maintains a close communication with the client and the Project Manager Coordinator;

Permanently cooperates with the Software Quality Manager and the Configuration Manager;

Initializes, coordinates and plans the software subprojects;

Monitors the progress and initiates the relevant periodic software changes (milestone acceptance);

Involved in managing and helping with software and functional requirements of the project;

Responsible with managing and solving the problems and the conflicts that may occur during the planning, execution and the completion phase of the project;

Prepares the documentations needed for every project;

Responsible with the continuous improvement of the projects regarding : quality, technical solutions and processes;

Keeps under close supervision the project instruments and software standards purchasing process, costs and the future project investments;

Responsible with assuring and developing a close communications and collaboration relationship between global team members.

requirements :

University Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Automatics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics;

Good English skills, both written and spoken;

Relevant experience in software development;

At least 2 years of experience on a similar position;

Experience in coordinating global teams;

Software competencies and general knowledge in developing related subsystems;

Good abilities of organizing and managing software projects using specific project management tools;

Good abilities for requirements analysis and abstracting the requirements between the subsystem and the software level;

Key skills : diplomacy in problem solving situations, negociation, communication and team motivation, decision making, analytical thinking, leadership.
