Are you ready to help us make the future? We have an opportunity for a Sr Sales Analytics Specialis t to join our Performance Materials & Technologies team from Bucharest.
In this role you will manage the team, continuously improve procedures and processes in order to deliver "best in class" customer experience, order management fulfilment or purchasing activities. Responsibilities :
Administration of Salesforce.com, including but not limited to the configuration of user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, list views, reports, dashboards, workflow alerts, automated notifications and Salesforce knowledge.
Acting as first level Salesforce.com support by promptly responding to issues and enhancements tickets submitted by end user.
Managing Salesforce enhancements and improvement projects by acting as the business liaison. This includes providing input on system requirements, organizing and conducting user testing and the development of training tools for end users.
Leading data stewardship, driving data integrity efforts across Salesforce and related integrations.
Conducting ad hoc analyses to help support the needs of the Sales team and executive management.
Developing and implementing key performance metrics and scorecards, creating planning and reporting tools, and driving initiatives to standardize reporting globally.
Developing training materials and job aids to train existing employees and new UOP Sales staff during the onboarding process.
BA / BS / B.Tech degree, with 3 years’ + experience in sales operations, analysis, analytics, or similar function with exposure to sales teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), with advanced Excel capabilities, including advanced use of pivot tables
Proficiency with Salesforce.com configuration and technical / functional capabilities
Proven business acumen, intellectual curiosity, excellent analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral; translating business problems into clear communication with sales and other teams
Thrive in a dynamic work environment, exhibiting ability to be flexible and a strong team-player
We value Salesforce Administrator Certification desired
