This role is part of our Supply & Logistics Team. This function manages and operates the supply and logistics activities for all OpCos.
The role of S&L is to create an integrated supply chain, from vendor to customer to improve levels of stock efficiency, reduce duplication and costs.

The Supply Manager role is a critical part of a sourcing office managerial team responsible for managing and optimising a portfolio of vendor relationships required in managing stock, maximising availability, and minimising supply costs across all nine Kingfisher Operating Companies for the Balkans vendor base.
They will also manage a number Supply Analysts which will provide support in managing the supply chain performance of these vendors to all Op Co's.
The role holder will work directly alongside Regional Sourcing Office General Manager and his / her team office leading the development of the supply and logistics content, directly influencing both the long term strategic and the ongoing operational aspects of the standards required to maximise the profit contribution of all products.
This role will ensure vendors and their supply chains are fully capable of supporting the flow of goods at all points in their relationship across all nine Kingfisher Op Co's.
Further the role will be the primary conduit for strategic and tactical supply chain development of Unified vendors. Each role will facilitate up to £1bn of vendor spend.
To do so, you will build long term, positive and strategic relationships with the vendors in their portfolio as part of a holistic effort to strengthen Kingfisher’s relationship with all Unified vendors leading to the identification and implementation of a significant and tangible improvement against the Kingfisher CPR objective of 7%.
You will lead the Supply Chain agenda at vendors, within sourcing offices, logistics Op Co market and OSC category teams to ensure the introduction and ongoing management of Unified ranges are planned appropriately to deliver the required level of sales and profit.
You should be able to develop, define, implement and maintain a consistent performance framework for the flow and delivery of goods into all Op Co's and use this framework to identify and implement continuous improvements in vendor performance.
and conduct regular and timely vendor performance reviews to include sign off of consolidated forecasts, product flow performance and delivery performance for all Op Co’s.
You will also influence the senior stakeholders within the regional sourcing offices to raise awareness, build support for and incorporate supply chain considerations in both their immediate and long term negotiations with all vendors.
Finally, you will manage a team of Analysts to generate timely and accurate vendor performance metrics that provide insight presenting commercial opportunity from the supply chain.
Ensure any developments in process, systems and ways of working meet the required supply and logistics operating standards as defined in the vendor manual.
Providing line management, coaching and development to a small team of analysts ensuring each is meeting their full potential through understanding of best practice principles, the right behaviours and performance measures required
Generally, you will act as an ambassador for the Supply and Logistics function and develop strong collaborative relationships with other teams in the OSC, OpCo’s and vendors.
We are looking for someone with a strong experience in managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, working in a commercial environment, including managing teams.
Expertise in managing vendor performance is required.
You are a degree holder or above, preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics.
You have an analytical mind set, and you are able to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent deliverables and senior stakeholders.
You are fluent in English. French and Romanian would be an advantage.
Please note that driving licence is required as you would be traveling onto several places to meet suppliers.
