Utilizing a variety of well-developed organizational and project management skills, the Territory and Customer Database Manager position will be responsible for the full range of Territory Management activities, in addition to facilitating and enabling go-to-market (GTM) programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical, business, project management and people skills, and must be a self starter and self sufficient requiring minimal supervision of day to day issue tracking & resolution.
Become a trusted expert in the unique Sales market coverage, Territory Management and Customer Database Maintenance including systems and processes, segmentation and geography coverage reporting.
Oversee sales resource management (hierarchy, new hires, transfers) and alignment with various sales systems (opportunity management, compensation, reporting)
Drive account hierarchy accuracy and definition for reporting and program effectiveness
Facilitate account, territory opportunity and segmentation discussions with field sales, operations and and sales strategy managers.
Enable new analytics, visual mapping information and geo spatial profiles with Field Managers and Global Business Operations
Drives operational efficiencies, best practices and other improvement initiatives across Operations and other affected organizations.
Acts as an advocate for processes, metrics, measurements and tools developed for management of the business.
Interfaces and collaborates cross-functionally to maintain communication among business groups..
