The Technical Project Manager will be responsible to effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of multiple RPA based engagements.
Ensuring that these engagements are executed on time, on budget, and that the customer experience is exceptional, and we been able to deliver on the UiPath promise.
Your Mission : as a Technical Project Manager you have a critical position within the Services organization for the Global Partner Enablement Program and as such, you will need to manage a portfolio of engagements, with a global team of business consultants and technical resources, with the correct skills, and within the required timeframes.
Additionally, in this role you must be vigilant in ensuring that the SOWs that are sold, are delivered accordingly, minimizing scope creep, alerting management to critical issues, and communicating to all responsible parties.
Working collaboratively with the other members of the services team, you will need to ensure that the resources assigned meet the needs of the engagement, all milestones are met, associated deliverables are provided to the customer, and risks are mitigated in an expeditious fashion.
You will own all related metrics that demonstrate a successful project and an outstanding customer experience from sale through delivery.
The goal is to accelerate the adoption, consumption, and expansion of UiPath in our customers. Major areas of responsibility involve managing and delivering successful outcomes for assigned engagements.
To that end, you will also be responsible for addressing customer satisfaction issues related to these engagements. You will need to establish a culture that thinks customer first and is maniacal about customer success
This is what you'll do at UiPath
Coordinate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as sold
Act as a customer and partner first
Ensure all projects delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints
Assist in definition of project success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Run customer facing project status meetings as required
Develop customer project status reports as required
Manage project issues and risks and develop and manage project dependencies
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Collaborate with project managers worldwide to improve PM efficiency
Foster relationships with customers enabling future account sales
Work collaboratively with the Customer Engagement team and assist is the proper expectation of resources and timing
Proactively manage customer / partner issues with professionalism and tact while working collaboratively with the entire Professional Services leadership team
Internalize every aspect of the customer experience as it relates to delivery excellence
Assist in the development and / or review of SOWs, MSAs, and other related documentation
Coordinate feedback and insight from customer engagements to improve the product, delivery kits and overall customer experience
Continually work to identify, develop and share new uses for UiPath
Identify best practice artifacts that can be packaged into delivery kits and shared with partners
Help drive customer references and case studies
This is what you'll bring to our team
3+ years of experience in project management
3+ years of experience working with or for system integrators and / or global SI (global partners)
8+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing, partner-facing, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting organization
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Experience using change management processes for dynamic professional services projects
Experience managing multiple high-profile workstreams in parallel a plus
Experience creating and reviewing professional services SOW’s a plus
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
Ability to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment with global teams
PMP / PRINCE II certification a plus
Working knowledge of Agile project management, a plus
Previous experience with working with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan is a plus
