Reporting to the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition, the Candidate Sourcing Manager is a new global position that plays a key role in building the global candidate sourcing center of excellence based in Cluj, Romania.
This position will build a new team of experienced candidate sourcers focusing on the identification of product development and sales talent that builds and sells our innovative products and solutions to our global clients.
This position is responsible for executing proactive talent sourcing strategies across the globe that produce talent pipelines needed to support current and future business growth.
As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team, this position will contribute to the overall Wolters Kluwer business strategy and initiatives aligning with the company’s growth goals and execute against these strategies to continually build and expand the candidate pool.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Build, lead, manage and develop a team of sourcing professionals based in Cluj building and executing sourcing strategies for our global sales and technology talent segments.
Executive Lead the implementation of a functional candidate sourcing strategy for critical talent segment across multiple locations.
Drive consistent practices across the team. Partner with the Global Director of Recruiting, Senior Manager, Technology Recruiting, divisional CTOs, Software and Product Development Managers and HR Directors to build and deliver a best in class in-house candidate sourcing function for sales technology hiring.
Lead the development of sophisticated sourcing and recruiting strategies. Deliver innovative solutions to build a robust, scalable and sustainable pipeline of top quality diverse talent.
Proactively develop and share competitive and market intelligence for the location that better informs the recruiting strategy.
Regular meetings with Recruiting Leadership, technology management to forecast future hiring needs, share competitor intelligence and report on current recruiting efforts.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, market data and best practices. Qualifications & Experience : A minimum of 7 years experience in technology sourcing and recruiting with 2 years at a management level along with a demonstrated track record of success creating and execute a cohesive, thoughtful and results-driven sourcing and recruiting strategies within a fast-moving, highly dynamic global technology and / or enterprise software and solutions company.
Agency experience is also desired. Substantive experience and obvious continued passion for performing all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle successfully to include needs assessment, research, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, relationship building and candidate closure / on-boarding in the United States.
Strong written / verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organization with proven ability to communicate to customers / clients in a clear, focused and concise manner.
Demonstrated record of developing meaningful, actionable KPIs and metrics that can be used to optimize the process, technology, and resources of the organization as well as make use of candidate and client feedback.
Experience working successfully within a global, matrix organization with multiple product lines and a complex organizational structure.
Deep understanding of technology recruiting trends and the latest tools. Adaptable and flexible to change with strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities / projects.
MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology or Human Resources Development or MBA strongly preferred.
