Active in generating new green- and brownfield wind and photovoltaic projects.
Acquisition and coordination of M&A projects.
P&L responsibility, planning of resources and management of daily tasks.
Business planning, forecasting and reporting to the German HQ.
Hands-on support from land acquisition to completion of wind and photovoltaic farms and serving as an EPC contractor.
Decision-making between the most optimal ratio of site selection, technical design and project economics in order to get the best solution.
Project risk mitigation, optimization of project processes and increased efficiency.
Building resilient relationships with authorities, politicians, service providers and other stakeholders.
Assisting with all internal and external interfaces so that project progresses run smoothly and quickly.
Regular trips inland and to the HQ in Germany, when allowed and possible again.
Your distinctive profile
You have a degree in industrial engineering, business studies, natural sciences or equivalent.
Experience from the project development of wind or PV farms would be preferred.
Possibly experience from other industries facing similar challenges, such as infrastructure and construction.
Initial leadership experience would be required.
Excellent organizational and very strong self-management skills.
Open personality with a convincing manner.
Hands-on attitude and pronounced execution mind-set.
Intercultural skills and experience in an international business context.
Very good commercial understanding and confidence handling numbers.
Very good oral and written Romanian and English skills are essential.
German language skills would be a plus.
