The Contract Compliance Expert will ensure the effective performance for Contract Compliance functions and the achievement of objectives required.
He / she is responsible for managing and negotiating different agreements, lead the governance of local contracts and define as well as drive sourcing strategies.
Review and ensure contractor compliance with applicable State licensing regulations;
Determine contractor insurance requirements in accordance with applicable regulations;
Establish schedules and methods to provide contract compliance and document management. Review needs with management for allocation;
Managing individual performance and people development through the process;
Promoting Teamwork within team;
Acting as 2nd level of issue escalation and leading the effectiveness of the processes trough identification of areas for continuous improvement, providing input and information to achieve problem resolution.
1st Degree or equivalent essential. Post Graduate or further Degree;
Preferable 2-3 years in a similar role with team leadership experience and contract compliance;
High level of oral and written knowledge of English and German. Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to form and maintain relationships easily;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
