Tasks :

  • Give technical Support to Service network and service technicians on the field.
  • Warranty claims management and control.
  • Support service network in spare parts identification and stock optimization
  • Visit periodically service center for quality level check and improvement, based on defined performance indicators and standard required.
  • Report to HQ about technical and quality problems
  • Our ideal candidate has :

  • Technical certificate
  • 3-5 years previous work experience in the after-sales business for heating and water heating application.
  • Very good technical skill
  • Autonomy initiative
  • Relationship management, dynamic personality
  • Team-player in a small team
  • English Knowledge.
  • Pc knowledge (office)
