Give technical Support to Service network and service technicians on the field.
Warranty claims management and control.
Support service network in spare parts identification and stock optimization
Visit periodically service center for quality level check and improvement, based on defined performance indicators and standard required.
Report to HQ about technical and quality problems
Our ideal candidate has :
3-5 years previous work experience in the after-sales business for heating and water heating application.
Very good technical skill
Relationship management, dynamic personality
Team-player in a small team
Pc knowledge (office)
