Position Summary :

The Executive Programmes Team Associate is a sales position responsible for identifying new leads to

appropriate products, and facilitating discussions with C-suite and Senior Executives around our

products and services. Being an independent and hard-working professional, responsibilities include

researching of companies and executives and following up with executives and assistants to schedule

meetings for the Member Development sales team.

Success in the position requires the person to possess strong organizational and goal oriented skills, and

the ability to work under minimal supervision. A high level of professionalism and strong customer

service skills is also necessary.

Responsibilities :

  • Research and identify qualified new leads for the Business Development Managers (BDMs)
  • Manage campaigns and ad-hoc sequences for assigned Councils using Outreach
  • Send emails, follow ups, and make phone calls to schedule appointments for the BDMs including
  • confirming and rescheduling appointments

  • Ensure that the sales contacts are professional, effective, and appropriate for facilitating the
  • company’s involvement with The Conference Board.

  • Develop market analysis for potential new product launches
  • Essential Functions :

  • Manages customer relationship database ensuring lists are clean and usable for the team.
  • Support current BDM with projects as needed.
  • Ensures appropriate action and follow-up of day-to-day business matters.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with senior
  • executives;
  • Organized and detail oriented work style; with the ability to multi-task;
  • Excellent time management; ability to prioritize;
  • Customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills, grace under pressure and a sense
  • of humor required;
  • A goal-oriented work ethic committed to achieving organization goals, performance
  • objectives, individually and part of a team

  • Self-motivation with the ability to work with minimal supervision ;
  • Proactive, dynamic, initiative-taking and result-focused ;
  • Ability to act with discretion and confidentiality internally and externally;
  • Education and Experience Requirements :

  • College degree
  • Fluent English, additional European languages a plus;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; (experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus);
  • A grasp of sales strategy is a plus
