Our colleagues in the Source to Pay (STP) team are looking for an STP Reporting & HD Analyst with Spanish.

In this role you will be performing a diverse set of work activities included in the end-to-end STP process for the Kellogg organization, producing reporting, providing insights for vendors and business, ensuring proper controls are in place to minimize financial risk.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this role you will, you will be responsible for the reporting and providing support to the business to resolve any Goods-Receipt / Invoice-Receipt (GRIR) variances, as well as delivering timely and accurate Payables related reporting.

You will partner with internal business and vendors to resolve foreign language queries (Spanish) and issues, driving the timely payment of vendor and expense transactions.

You will ensure timely processing of all financial transactions and work with the business process outsourcing partner to ensure that overall deliverables are met, be responsible for the collection, interpretation and evaluation of data.

At the same time, you will assist the Business Process Outsourcers to ensure that they have the language specific knowledge support required to book all European language transactions in a correct and timely manner.

Also, as a member of the Source to Pay (STP) team, you will create a seamless and satisfying internal and external customer experience for all interactions with the Kellogg Center STP team.

Also, you will ensure the integrity of the European Payables and Receivables balances through balance sheet rigor, compliance to accounting policy and fiscal / statutory requirements.

Required

  • University Degree or equivalent in finance or a related field
  • Language Skills : English and Spanish
  • Significant experience in finance or related field
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-task, team environment
  • Strong customer service focus
  • High attention to detail
  • Bonus Points

  • Additional language skills
  • Experience with SAP ERP system
  • Experience in finance or related field
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of service centre processes including procurement and finance
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraints
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service centre environment
  • Training and certification in Six Sigma or LEAN
  • Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
