Within the Sales Operations Organization, the Customer Experience (CXP) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at HP Inc, designs and implements state of the art Customer and Sales enablement solutions.
Enablement in the form of B2B e-Commerce solutions, Lead to Order infrastructure quality and support, Bid and Tender response infrastructure, Customer Contracts management and Operational engagement solutions for HP’s Global Accounts and 3D Print customers.
As a Proposal Management Program Manager, you will define, implement and program manage the solutions, processes and tools to enable the proposal managers, sales and channel partners globally to create proposals for our customers with higher quality and efficiency.
You will as well own the governance and Key Performance Indicators cross markets for the COE. You will be responsible for ensuring short, mid and long-term transformation initiatives are aligned to the desired customer experience.
You will help deliver business growth to HP through :
Leading the design and implementation of a new Proposal Management platform used by proposal managers, sales and channel partners
Driving RFP process with external vendors and select most appropriate one fulfilling best business and operational requirements
Collaborating with HP IT, vendor(s) and subject Matter experts to drive integration of the new proposal management platform into HP tools / ecosystem
Standardizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting process cross markets
Defining performance measures for proposal Managers
Driving operational efficiency, automation and standardization of the proposal Manager roles cross markets
Creating a governance that connects them across markets
Defining rules around Proposal Managers assignment to RFPs
Leading the definition, migration, creation, translation and maintenance of the most useful, professional and up to date content needed for RFP creation
Collaborating with the Change Management Lead and Subject Matter Experts to collect and analyse requirements.
Collaborating with the Change Management Lead to define and drive the Change Management strategy
Ensuring market alignment to all key milestones.
Reporting initiatives status and market operational KPIs
Proven track record of project management of large-scale process and infrastructure transformation impacting sales, partners or customers.
Strong leadership skills
