You develop additional standards for control projects;
You support the development of holistic automation concepts in the area of special equipment’s for electronic production;
Independent way of working for PLC software development in Simatic S7 and TIA Portal for standardization requirements suppliers;
PLC programming and visualization in English based on specific requirements;
Familiarization with technical processes of the equipment and application-dependent process technology;
Creation of requirement specifications with concept proposals for program structures (processes, emergency strategies taking into account customer regulations and customer agreements);
Implementation of interfaces of integrated system components ;
Professional error analysis and troubleshooting;
Startup support and optimization globally;
Conducting trainings for supplier and internal specialist departments;
Development and visualization in TIA Portal Professional;
Point of contact for technical specialist departments and suppliers;
You also program interfaces to higher-level systems such as MES systems and databases.
Fundamental know-how in PLC programming / handling Siemens S7, TIA Portal;
Professional practical experience in the automation area;
Practical expertise in the visualization and commissioning of complex systems;
High flexibility and short-term availability in the event of incidents;
High willingness to travel abroad;
Good written and spoken English knowledge;
Independent work style and quick comprehension;
Degree in electrical engineering / mechanical engineering with a focus on automation technology, computer science or a comparable degree with relevant, well-founded professional experience;
Previous experience in automation positions, minimum 5 years.
