  • Handle all order related problems and find solutions with customers and internal parties involved;

  • Handle logistic complaints and return shipments;
  • Initiate ideas to improve efficiency of Customer Service related activities.
  • Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English;
  • Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
  • Customer-orientation and team-spirit;
  • Good communication skills (writing and speech).
