RINA, a global company with 160 years of experience across multiple industries, is looking for Procurement Specialist to be part of RINA Romania team! What your role will involve Your key responsibilities as a Procurement Specialist will cover East Europe Cluster with main focus on Turkey and Greece, and will include : Keeping and updating the database of the qualified resources in the Resource System (e.

  • g. GEMD), for the productive procurement, basis the external resource qualification process managed in the business lines;
  • Managing vendor qualification, keeping and updating the database of the qualified vendors with specific care to global suppliers;
  • Supporting, if needed, local business units to negotiate and to finalize frame agreements and other contracts with vendors;
  • Directly executing the procurement process (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, service acceptance and the mismatch issues which occur in the main step of process procurement);
  • Applying Corporate procedures aimed to guarantee common processes crossover the RINA Group companies and countries, improving the internal standardization, communication, management and company integrations;
  • Supporting all dedicated structures in the Cluster on the Procure to Pay activities (i.e. Focal Point); May liaise with procurement consultants and outsourcers.

  • What we are looking for College / University bachelor’s degree in accounting or related; Mother tongue or Proficient in Turkish (verbal and writing);
  • Proficient in English (verbal and writing); 1-2 year of accounting or finance fieldwork experience; Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices;
  • Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills; Excellent attention to details; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math and logic; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent report writing, communication and IT skills;
