We are currently looking for experienced engineers to help design, maintain and deliver Global IT Windows Deployment Solutions.
Working in the Service Design organisation, the successful applicant will provide engineering capability for analysing, selecting, and implementing Windows solutions.
The position requires an established engineering record that can demonstrate consistent delivery of high quality solutions that meet the requirements for schedule, budget and quality.

Understanding of Windows operating systems including new features and business models
Work with various internal teams such as Global IT Risk Management and Service Transition to implement solutions.
Create and maintaining operational support documents, user guides, self-help guides for implemented solutions.
Work with other teams, in identifying, reviewing, specifying, implementing and providing tier 4 technical support for Windows solutions.
To be the expert in what solutions can, and cannot, do.
Creating and maintaining various roadmaps related to Windows.
Create scripts to assist in Windows automation.

Provide support and administration for existing Windows solutions deployed by Global IT.
