We are looking for a :

Continuous Improvement Support and Reporting Specialist

Your role :

You will support the Governance, Performance, Continuous Improvement and Integration team, on a wider level.

Your Challenges :

  • Reporting and governance preparations and improvement at team and site levels;
  • Collecting, analyzing, reporting of the site key performance indicators (balanced score card) : individual collection and / or compilation of the local stakeholders’ data;
  • Support in preparation of the site governance instances (internal ones within the site, e.g. Monthly operational reviews or Site;
  • regional ones with the France leadership team, e.g. Monthly Business Reviews);
  • Support the team’s own functioning (internal meetings, internal actions plans and dashboards, administrative and back-office from the team, budgets);
  • Ownership of some of the Performance management activities, such as Improvement rewards process;
  • Reviewing, improving, simplifying all these activities, for instance in terms of tool usage and digitalization.
  • Your Qualifications

  • Education : preferably a degree in Operations or Business & Administration or equivalent;
  • Foreign Languages : English at a proficient level; French at a medium / advanced level will represent an advantage;
  • Reporting and Governance background;
  • Familiarity with Operations functioning, concepts and reporting (e.g. OTD, TPT, MIS, non-conformities, productivity);
  • Very fluent and appetite for IT tools (basic Office365, but also PowerBI for instance);
  • Experience in working in a multicultural environment (e.g. working in international teams);
  • Rigor and professionalism towards back-office and administrative tasks;
  • Written communication skills, supportive and proactive spirit, good interpersonal relationships;
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement, change management and Lean principles (Problem solving, value Stream mapping, 6 Sigma, Kaizen moderation, KPIs and all other relevant CI tools) would be a significant plus.
