For our client, a leader in the production of corrugated cardboard packaging’s, we are looking for a HR Specialist.

  • University degree (psychology or sociology specialization represents an advantage);
  • Human Resources Qualification (Labour Law / Training / PR) represents an advantage;
  • English Language advanced;
  • Computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point) - advanced;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources;
  • Knowledge of Romanian Labour Law.

    Elaborating the necessary documents related to the individual employment agreements of the employees, according to the law (employment offer, employment contract, job description, addendums to the contract, end of contract notification and decision etc.

  • and updates the personnel administration database : in MYHR system and in PEOPLE module;
  • Collaborating with the department managers and with the payroll provider to ensure that salaries are paid correctly and on time, according to payroll procedure, internal rules and labour and fiscal law;
  • Supervising the personnel administration process and the monthly timesheet of the employees, using the informatic system PEOPLE and TIME, by making sure that all the necessary documents are complete and correct (holiday requests, medical certificates, permission leaves, special event documents);
  • Performing the internal recruitment process for both plants, by promoting the company in the local market (creating job advertisement in the local media) and by updating the recruiting database (archiving the job applications physically and electronically);
  • Using the MYHR Recruitment module and actively participate within the recruitment process from its beginning to the end;
  • Managing the preselection process (telephone interviews and individual interviews) and offers post-selection feedback (negative feedback and employment offer) and collaborates with recruiting agencies related to recruiting procedures and internal rules (preselects candidates based on short list provided by recruiting agency and performs selections interviews);
  • Providing support and consultancy for managers in organization of departments, from legislative and policy point of view;
  • Offering Support in the process of HR procedures implementation : Performance Management, Learning & Development annual plan, On-boarding and Induction.
