IT Support Associate II
Amazon.com in Bucharest office is looking for IT Support Associate II to join existing IT team. He / She must have a good understanding of computer systems, has to demonstrate willingness to learn new technology and has to have good communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
To provide a 1st and 2nd line support service that ensures all IT equipment and infrastructure is running to its optimum performance.
To support both local and remote customers
To act as a point of contact for contractors or external suppliers and clearly communicate technical issues and Amazon standards.
To audit, support and execute change management requests as required (which does include out of hours work).
To carry out ad-hoc requests as and when required.

1st Line support and service desk experience (1 year minimum)
LAN, WAN and Wireless support experience and knowledge
Holds an understanding of core internet technologies - DHCP, DNS, TCP / IP
Experience with Windows operating systems
Experience in hardware support, fault finding and troubleshooting
Positive, can do’ attitude with a friendly and personable demeanor.
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills, both in Romanian and English language
Ideally you will be degree educated and hold professional qualification relating to IT technologies and be able to meet the basic qualification requirements.
