You will help Honeywell be the customer's topchoice by delivering excellent customer care. Build up the businessacumen while learning to address customer needs.
Act as first point ofcontact for customers and engineers’ issues, being an interfacebetween them and the rest of the departments.
Serveas the customer contact for the assigned portfolio of accounts andensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
You will respond to inboundcustomer calls and emails regarding issues the customer encounterswith the Honeywell equipment serviced, leading to a ticket logged inFX.
You will then investigate the right technician who can assistwith the said issue and dispatch the ticket to them.
You will alsoperform administrative duties such as reports, updating thecustomers’ portals.
You will communicate with other departments suchas Fast Support, Mobilisation, Business Support teams, Field Serviceteams, etc.
to resolve customer issues.
YOU MUST HAVE
University degree preferred
Some experience in CustomerSupport.
Customer and action oriented
English and Italian Advanced Level
Self-motivated with good communication skills
Strong team player with positive outlook
Proven organizational and self-motivation abilities
Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in various countries
Has a hands-on approach
Oral & written communication at all levels
