Position Summary

Nestle Purina is looking for a Regional Digital Lead South East Market (Romania, Bulgaria and Adriatic) to develop and implement South East Market (Romania, Bulgaria, Adriatics) eBusiness plans, in line with Nestlé PURINA central strategy.

A day in the life of...

  • Builds local Purina Integrated eBusiness Plan (IeBP) and orchestrates its implementation across South East Market (own assets, e-content, search, CRM, etc)
  • Develops E-commerce strategy and ensure its implementation across South East Market countries
  • Drives execution of digital best practices and frameworks
  • Assume an active role in Digital Champion PURINA community (contribute with valuable input, cascade info to relevant South East Market team members)
  • Ensures constant monitoring and understanding of the "digital and eBusiness" universe, both on the basis of internal and external resources, local and international, identifying trends and new opportunities;
  • Develops, use and monitor a set of relevant KPI’s and link them to the business objectives of digital initiatives, allowing them to measure their impact and optimize them through continuous suggestions;
  • Ensures knowledge transfer for solid e-Business understanding across South East Market brand team members (strategies, objectives, KPI’s)
  • Continuously support brand team making recomandations for brand performance improvements across South East Market countries
  • Select, recomand, evaluate and propose main partners on eBUsiness projects : third party agencies, other supliers, digital platforms
  • Drives collaboration and provides leadership where required to ensure alignment with NiM (E-commerce and Comms teams) and PURINA Studio
  • Ensures compliance with all Nestle standards and guidelines for digital and social environments and ensure compliance with local privacy laws
  • What will make you successful

  • Strong Digital & Social Marketing expertise (2-3 years). Experience in Social Media and / or eCommerce;
  • Solid marketing experience (3-5 years);
  • Experience in managing signals to interpretate and react (real time analysis of trends and data, filtering, listening, adaptive shorter lead times based on dynamic environmental changes);
  • Proven track record in delivering strategic digital marketing projects;
  • Broad and practical understanding of key digital concepts in the areas of Digital Media, Websites, Social, Search, Marketing Analytics, cRM, eCommerce;
  • Project management skills;
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
