Scrum Master in Bucharest
Whom we seek?
3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in IT environments
Deep experience with Scrum methodology
Certified Scrum Master preferred
Good communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
Good German as well as English language skills required
Comfortable and experienced solving both human and technical impediments
Experience with Sprint management tools (f.e. JIRA, MS Azure DevOps)
Technical background in IT / SAP would benefit understanding context of delivery, but not essential
KEY SKILLS : German & English language, Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master, Agile, Kanban, JIRA
In this role, you will :
Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective meetings, backlog sessions etc.
Support the Product owner to groom the Product Backlog, prepare Release Burndown charts and manage resources.
Identify and eliminate impediments and encourage a high-performing culture with a focus on relentless improvement
Coach teams and key stakeholders in doing and being Agile
Promote and support the adoption of Scrum
You’ll drive change by keeping up to date on the latest tools and technologies
Improve agile delivery processes by continuously providing feedback and contributing new ideas
