What will your day to day role involve!Responsibilities

  • Receiverequestsandreview for data completenessandaccuracy
  • Investigate discrepancies / issues, analyzeandprovideresolutionaccordingto standard operatingprocedure
  • Prepare data for furtherprocessing in thesystem
  • Settingup / updatingprices in thesystem as per thedetailsfromtherequest
  • Enterrequests in thesystem or makechanges / updatesaccordingtotheprescribedparameters
  • Perform quality checkstoensureaccurate data havebeen set upand are maintained in thesystems
  • EngageSales, Marketing andotherdepartmentstofollowup on pendingitems
  • Extract reportsfromthesystem, alignwiththedefinedtemplatesandsharewiththeretainedorganization
  • Ensureadherencetoproceduresandpolicyguidelines
  • Participate in theestablishedcallsandmeetingswiththeretainedorganization
  • Findopportunities for continuousprocessimprovementandinnovativesolutionsandcommunicateto direct manager

  • QualificationsMinimum qualifications

  • Very good knowledge of English, min C1
  • Similar work experience in this field.
  • Accountingknowledge intermediate level;
  • Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge.
  • Analytical thinking and self-starter.
  • Encouraged qualifications

  • Personal culture and client management expertise.
  • High motivation and ability to learn.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
