Job Purpose :
The Business Analyst will be the main point of contact for all access-driven initiatives requiring finance expertise in the area of optimization of the commercial policy by providing effective, efficient, timely and robust finance analyses, that supports strategic direction of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the development of business plans and budget setting, by providing options and advice to achieve the medium term financial plan.
Interpret and analyse complex financial and non-financial information from multiple data sources, communicating findings and providing recommendations to support decision making.
Strong support for the Commercial Operations team, in terms of commercial proposals based on the financial indicators.
Implementing and monitoring all the commercial approaches from performant and profitable perspectives, based on a internal and external data.
Participating in the monthly team performance, in order to propose / implement action plan for the specific portfolios and areas.
Leverage understanding of the business context to synthesize financial and operational data into meaningful business insights that highlight performance, risk, and opportunities.
Initiate actions as needed to improve cash-flow.
Conduct price sensitivity analyses that can drive decision making.
Involvement in cross functional projects between commercial, sales and support departments.
Basic qualifications :
Relevant experience on a similar role;
Strong commercial understanding;
Capability to work comfortably using financial and non-financial systems;
Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint applications;
Strong command of English language, both written and verbal;
In-depth business knowledge and agility to gather and build information in order to gain business buy-in;
Strong analytical skills and experience in using different analysis in problem solving;
Ability to bring added value to the organization by providing a balance between risks and opportunities;
Ability to apply objectivity and rigor to problem solving.
Preferred qualifications :
Leadership in role and ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships;
Ability to influence and challenge positively with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to the overall business performance;
Commercial and sales orientation, to be able to collect clear market information after the field visits;
High capacity of creating business relations with the key stakeholders.
