Description The Senior Financial Analyst Flow is a support for both local Finance Manager in Cluj and the FP&A Manager in Ede in detailed Financial Analysis and forecasting activities.
The position will support 3 factories in Cluj and one in Holland : Precision Flow, Roxar, Daniel and the Precision Flow factory in Ede.
The individual provides analytical insight, strategic planning and execution support to profitably grow the factories and maximizing cash flow.
This includes support in preparation for business reviews, POR / forecasts, Mid-Year and Budget reviews. Will act as a formal coordinator for a Financial Analyst. Responsibilities
Supports monthly Close and POR cycle processes as well as financial review & performance reporting in all aspects for Ede and Cluj factories, in conjunction with local finance and the Divisional Finance team
Supports the Financial Manager in The Netherlands & the Cluj Finance Manager during the annual Divisional Mid-Year Reviews and Budgeting process
Performs periodic review of Material cost, Price / Cost and Net Material Inflation
Prepares monthly Act vs. POR and quarterly YoY Bridges for Ede and Cluj.
Prepares Mix Analysis by KOB, Product Group and Technology Group
Performs GP Analysis by project, model and product group as per Senior Management requests
Help monitoring Transfer Pricing for Precision Flow Cluj-Ede Hub’s to ensure profitability in both plant and Sales Companies are at arm’s length
Conducts analysis of Ede and Cluj P&Ls, headcount, asset management, balance sheet activities and cash flow performance.
Prepares monthly Ede and Cluj P&Ls by KOB segment / technology group and by product group / technology group
Prepares and comments on Factory Productivity Analysis
Actively participates in improving GP and TWC projections (backlog analysis)
Supports and actively tracks Ede and Cluj investment in Capital Expenditure
Provides coordination to a Financial Analyst, by setting goals and expectations, ensure expectations are set and met through the PEP process, provides guidance, training and development.
Is part of the factory core finance team supporting the finance manager
Leads various ad hoc analysis : TWC, Cost Reduction and Containment, Other Deductions / Income
University Degree in accounting, finance or economics
At least 5 years’ experience in a large multinational environment preferred in financial analysis
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability accompanied by knowledge in manufacturing costing principle
Proactive, ethical and enthusiastic individual ready to contribute
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
