On behalf of our client, a leading global provider of rail solutions, with a Shared Service Center located in Cluj-Napoca, we are looking for a Procurement Team Leader with German.
Assigning projects to the team, providing guidance and support tasks completion;
Managing individual performance and development based on strategic business decisions;
Ensuring the effective monitoring of supplier performance (Procurement KPIs on SSO level);
Managing external and internal audits and ensuring the implementation of recommended actions based on audit results;
Leading the processes in order to identify continuous improvement areas, regarding the information needed to achieve problem resolution;
Acting as Business Partner to Regional Head of Procurement and aligning decisions and next steps with SSO team leads.
Team management experience for at least 6 months;
Mandatory language skills : English (at least B2) and German (B2);
Solid working knowledge of MS Office suite and e-mail clients and experience in using ERP systems;
Strong negotiation & influencing skills;
Leadership / people management skills.
