Working on improving and adding new features to the filtering and archiving software
Writing unit tests for the projects you are working on
Meeting project deadlines and working closely with our QA team to achieve that
Reporting any possible issues with the system that you may encounter
Participating in team meetings and actively taking part in planning discussions
Reviewing code written by the team
Reporting directly to our development coordinator.
Bachelor degree or higher
Linux / Debian experience
MySQL / MariaDB skills
Proficient use of the English language, spoken and written
Experience with repositories (e.g. Subversion)
Ability to create unit tests.
Nice to have :
Familiarity with email related security systems (e.g. DNSBL, DKIM, SPF, DMARC)
Familiarity with creation / use of RESTful APIs and web frameworks (e.g. Flask)
Experience working with ORM (e.g. SQLAlchemy)
Degree-level knowledge of statistics.
