Economic background is a must;At least 2 years of experience in Customer CareLogistics Supply chain;An advanced level of English;
French is an advantage;Attention to details and focus on results;Ability to learnto adapt to new processes;A good team worker and Customer-
oriented approach.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package ( especially Excel);ERP system knowledge is a plus;Validate invoices according the rules upon receipt in our internal applications systems in order to ensure the payment on time of logistics carriers;
In collaboration with Key Users (internal and external entities) and Manager, identify and address billing issues;Apply internal control rules (archiving, control checks, etc.
Challenge and review billing flows, ensuring tax legal compliance;Manage the continuity of service of its perimeter (respect to polyvalence, formalization and documentation of activities);
Prepare, make and record other entries, if the case, in accordance with pre-established deadlines as well as Group and local rules;
