Your role
Design and implement the talent strategy of each allocated role according to the company’s objectives and priorities
Deliver market research reports and proposes strategies to grow the team’s knowledge about new technological areas
Build a trust-based relation with the hiring team members and with the interdependent cross-functional team members to identify current and future recruitment needs and ensure a continuous pipeline of candidates (both internal & external)
Perform the end-to-end recruitment process from job description review, profile calibration, performing interviews, consulting with the Hiring Managers to extending the job offer to candidates
Apply our competency-based interview to accurately assess candidates’ fit with our culture and the role itself
Investigate the candidates’ professional interests and skills to provide a custom experience and present them with the best suitable opportunities
Advise the hiring team members in every stage of the selection process
Guide the candidates through Accesa & RaRo s recruitment processes and introduces them to our culture
Analyse and integrate the candidates’ feedback into improvement proposals

Qualifications
2+ years of working as a Recruiter
Existing network and understanding of the IT industry is highly appreciated
A true willingness to be a collaborative team player and eager to help
Excellent stakeholder management skills, organized and efficient, capable of performing a diversity of tasks
Able to express a proactive attitude, to take initiative and come up with alternative action points for preventing potential blockers
Great communicator with a growth mindset, having the capacity to handle multiple recruitment projects
Able to come up with results-driven strategies to build candidates' pipeline, while keeping the focus on people
Good time management skills, able to follow the agreed timelines
Capacity to explain and assess competencies, provide constructive feedback after assessing the candidates
Experience in offering support and working well with people with different points of views
Displays autonomy, comfortable with gathering information to complete a task with minimal directions
Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate professionally and clearly
