WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :
Marketing Automation and digital development :
Deploy digital campaigns (generate and manage content throughout CMS, DAM, social media channels, etc.)
Manage and implement email marketing campaigns through the Marketo software
Deploy Google Ads campaigns, and generate monthly reports gathering Google Analytics data
Quarterly report containing communication campaigns and initiatives done by the main competitors
Utilize web analytics data to provide recommendations that will drive category distribution and market share
Ensure proper content management in CMS and support with translations / proofreading to local languages
Set-up and deploy webinars
Campaign Management :
Collaborate with the marketing organizations, to develop and execute ROI-based lead generation campaigns and product launches
Support in the creation of solution-based content, including value propositions and positioning statements, that align with our personas and target audience
Lead in the design, development and implementation of lead generation campaigns, tools and methodologies arising from engagement with stakeholders
Keeping in direct contact with the department's suppliers
Events, including trade shows and seminars :
Manage company’s participation to international trade shows and local events
Define trade shows plans, following the master trade show guidelines
Liaise with Product Management in defining the list of products showcased and the Design teams to create the artwork
Keep in close contact with all external suppliers to order necessary services and ensure their timely delivery
Create and execute the external communications plan
Manage internal communication for the booth staff and nVent guests
Manage the trade show budget and provide status updates to MarCom Enclosures Leader
Shared responsibilities :
Liaise with Marketing for maintenance of the online product data accuracy, generating product-related campaigns, building of Sales Tools and Trade shows organization
Maintain strong contact with Regional Sales Directors, Sales Managers and Field Sales for gathering feedback on MarCom's various Sales Process Support initiatives.
YOU HAVE :
Academic background in : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications required
Previous experience : 5+ years of experience in managing fully integrated campaigns, with focus on digital marketing, to drive leads in a matrix organization Proven project management skills, highly motivated and self-directed
Skills : Experience using Marketo, SalesForce.com CRM, Google Analytics, would be a plus MS Office advanced skills : mandatory Social Media extended knowledge Knowledge in managing campaigns and tracking metrics across digital channels : web, email, video, social, search Content marketing / demand generation experience, with understanding of messaging and engagement across the customer lifecycle
Ability to travel up to 10%
