Job Description

The EMEAI Renewal Sales team is focused on protecting and growing our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), driving customer growth.

Several members of the EMEAI Renewals and Conversions team are based in Bucharest, where you will be part of an international and energetic team.

Your impact :

  • Renewing Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers and through our channel partners across Europe
  • Protecting and growing PTC ARR, critical to the success of PTC and making up 75% of PTC revenue
  • Securing revenue streams by developing successful relationships with PTC direct customers and our channel partner to ensure Subscriptions and Support are renewed on-time
  • Collaborating closely with key PTC stakeholder groups (Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and other functions as appropriate) to ensure high customer and partner satisfaction
  • Day-To-Day :

  • Working in a highly structured fashion to achieve and maintain industry leading renewal rates with customers and partners
  • Achieveing or exceeding quarterly and annual targets, all the while driving Renewals sales rigor and processes
  • Accurate forecasting and daily updating in Salesforce
  • Managing all Renewals related customer / partner queries in a timely manner with the right level of quality
  • Weekly forecast calls with internal management to give an accurate picture of the current quarter Renewals rate
  • Reviewing Renewal quotes for accuracy before submitting to customers / partners
  • Supporting the transition process of Perpetual license customers to Subscription or Cloud licenses
  • Driving ARR value and increasing the Renewal value by upselling into existing accounts
  • Calculating Renewal offers and other mid-term changes to contracts, executing changes to Renewal accounts (preparing quotes, sending quotes to customer)
  • Ensuring accurate quote bookings
  • Your skills and knowledge :

  • Curious and eager to learn, with great attention to detail and structure in your day to day work
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce and other CRMs
  • Sense of Accuracy : ensure pricing, quotes and system entries are correct
  • Sense of Urgency : handle pressure at quarter end and support quick turnaround times for requests
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills, with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and dealing with ambiguity with ownership
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Successful track record in a customer or partner-facing quota-carrying role
  • Experience in Renewals or Sales in a high-growth technology environment
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Working languages in this role : Romanian, English, and French
