We are looking for a team player who is passionate about Marketing Automation and experienced in Digital solutions. As a team member of the MarTech team, you will help drive change in HP Inc, transforming HP’s consumer business by harnessing the power and benefits of digital in response to the shifts in customer behavior, delivering a superior one-to-one customer experience across the customer journey, to fuel B2C growth and drive revenue.
As a Marketing Automation Expert, your main focus will be on implementing, integrating and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool and supporting initiatives for multi-channel and end-to-end customer journey creation across countries.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead technical aspects of projects related to email, SMS, push notifications, landing pages and CRM initiatives
Designing, deploying, maintaining and optimizing demand generation, A / B & multivariate testing and customer nurture programs using marketing automation software (SFMC)
Develop robust campaign and process documentation
Provides suggestions and out of the box thinking solutions for system integrations, data flows and new capabilities
Managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and handling several projects at a time with a high attention to detail
Provide technical support to campaign deployment team for email, SMS, Push notification campaigns and related landing pages creation
Contribute to successful design and delivery of SFMC implementations to support marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple instances.
Data management to facilitate data sharing, touch governance across platforms and connection to external systems in compliance with privacy guidelines.
Ability to create technical approaches in SFMC from functional requirements
Leading and engaging in joint problem-solving sessions with the core team including reviewing and analysing real time data, understanding and interpreting results, evaluating vendor proposals and communicating with the team on the implementation of new solutions or reworking of existing solutions
Education and Work Experience
5+ years of experience designing and implementing marketing automation technology systems / products
Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, informatics); Master’s degree in business, informatics or marketing is a plus.
2+ years working experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud on the architecture and integration level
Experience with multi-channel implementation
Experience with Java Script and web page / form development.
Experience with end to end SFMC implementations.
Integration of SFMC with other enterprise systems, including APIs skills
Hands-on experience on different modules of SF Marketing Cloud : Email Studio, Web Studio, Interaction Studio, Audience Builder, AdStudio
Ability to work independently and lead multiple work streams of larger projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with remote teams and across time zones to foster cohesive and creative work environment.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Experience working in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder, and evolving organization with a large degree of ambiguity.
Effective communicator, able to establish him / herself as a trusted and indispensable advisor.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent time management skills.
